A part of the 鶹tvƬ family since 2002, Stephen Beene has served 鶹tvƬ in a variety of capacities including Executive Vice President of Domestic Field Operations, Central Regional Manager, and National General Adjuster. As 鶹tvƬ’s President, Stephen oversees 鶹tvƬ’s performance, business strategy, and operations. Stephen graduated from the University of Louisiana and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration. He also maintains active involvement in several insurance associations, including Texas Surplus Lines Association and Baton Rouge Claims Association.

As Chief Operating Officer, Roberto Stewart plays a critical role in driving operational excellence. Roberto oversees 鶹tvƬ’s business operations and promotes our culture and vision.

Roberto is an established leader with over two decades of domestic and international experience across multiple industries including insurance, real estate, professional services, and consulting. Prior to joining 鶹tvƬ, he held multiple executive positions for companies such as American International Group (AIG), McKinsey & Company, and Allstate Insurance. Roberto holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Miami and several key insurance designations which include his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Claims (AIC), and Associate in Risk Management (ARM). He has also participated in Harvard Business School’s Executive Leadership Program for Strategy as well as Stanford University’s Executive Leadership Program for Strategic Decision Making and Risk Management.

Carl Coleman joined 鶹tvƬ in 2015 as Vice President of Technology & Applications. He went on to become Vice President of Technology & Innovation for 鶹tvƬ’s parent company, Cor Partners, in 2019. In 2022, Carl was promoted to his current role of Divisional Chief Innovation Officer for 鶹tvƬ. In this role, Carl oversees the technology and innovation strategy, infrastructure, applications, and technology partnerships to support 鶹tvƬ’s business objectives.

Carl holds a Bachelor of Economics from Saint Louis University as well as having earned a minor in Computer Science. He has served under a myriad of high-level developmental and analysis-based roles with companies such as Barry-Wehmiller and more, building up an impressive wealth of technological expertise.

Jamie Donovan serves 鶹tvƬ as our Divisional Chief Financial Officer. Joining 鶹tvƬ in 2013, Jamie began as the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. In 2017, he migrated to 鶹tvƬ’s parent company, Cor Partners, where he served as Vice President of Corporate Finance. In 2021, Jamie returned to 鶹tvƬ under his current role where he provides strategic leadership for 鶹tvƬ’s financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury management, actuarial, and premium accounting functions.

Jamie graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and went on to earn his Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. He has built extensive experience through his professional career, having held top-level financial positions for companies such as General Electric, Accenture, and Fiserv, Inc. Jamie is a former Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

A part of the 鶹tvƬ family since 2009, Jay Campbell serves as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning & Organizational Growth. In his role, Jay oversees 鶹tvƬ’s market presence in both the domestic and international spaces by nurturing relationships with our partners within the United States and around the world. In addition, he oversees 鶹tvƬ’s strategic development and execution. From 2017 – 2020, Jay served as Cor Partners, 鶹tvƬ’s parent company, Executive Vice President of Operations and worked directly with the CEO and leadership team to executive vision and growth strategies across all platforms.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Prior to joining 鶹tvƬ, he held a variety of senior-level positions with a global insurance services company.

Todd Evans serves as 鶹tvƬ’s Executive Vice President of Business Development. Todd leads the company’s business development and client retention efforts as well as marketing and public relations. From 2017 – 2020, Todd took on a position with Cor Partners, 鶹tvƬ’s holding company, leading the business development strategies across all platforms under the Cor Partners umbrella. Todd’s extensive experience and keen knowledge of the insurance space have made him an invaluable asset to our team.
Todd graduated from Mercer University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations. He is actively involved with Target Markets Program Administrators Association (TMPAA), Wholesale & Specialty Insurance Association (WSIA), Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS).

Joseph Slane joined the 鶹tvƬ team in 2001. Joseph serves as Senior Vice President of the Specialty Loss Group (SLG), an elite national team of highly credentialed Executive General Adjusters dedicated to managing high-value and complex losses from a variety of business segments. Joseph’s focus is to coordinate the team’s expertise, ensure high-quality service to 鶹tvƬ clients, and drive continued growth.

Prior to joining 鶹tvƬ, Joseph has served as Executive General Adjuster for other international adjusting firms. He also worked for insurance carriers such as Industrial Risk Insurers and Travelers Insurance Company. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Risk Management from LaSalle University and holds the Registered Professional Adjuster (RPA) designation.

Tom Mulroy serves 鶹tvƬ as Senior Vice President of the Eastern Region Field Operations, Tom manages the property operations of the Eastern region locations from our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

Before joining 鶹tvƬ, Tom worked as a National Property Claims Practice Leader at an insurance services firm. Early in his career, Tom worked as a Senior Property Claim Representative at both Aetna Life & Casualty and CNA Insurance Companies. Tom graduated from William Paterson University in New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, and he also holds his Associate in Claims designation.

David Tusa joined 鶹tvƬ in 2002 and serves as Senior Vice President of Central Region Field Operations. Located at our Houston, Texas office, David oversees claims operations for the central states of the United States as well as engaging in business development and account management activities.

Prior to his current role, he served as Regional Property Manager as well as National General Adjuster for 鶹tvƬ. David graduated from Texas Tech University.

鶹tvƬ’s Senior Vice President of Western Region Field Operations, Richard Funnell joined the 鶹tvƬ team in 2003. Richard oversees the claims operations in the Western region of the United States.

Prior to his current role, Richard served 鶹tvƬ as the West Region Casualty Manager as well as Senior Vice President of Business Development. He utilizes 30+ years of extensive insurance knowledge, senior management experience, and relationships to provide value to our clients and team members. In addition to his extensive practical experience, Richard holds several certifications including the Lloyd’s of London Introductory Certification, McLarens Toplis Advanced Property & Casualty Training, and California Earthquake Certification.

A member of the 鶹tvƬ family since 2014, John Ketch serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development. In his role, John works with the Sales and Marketing team on business development and client retention. He brings intricate knowledge of Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations and client relationships from his previous position as Senior Vice President of 鶹tvƬ’s TPA division.

Prior to joining 鶹tvƬ, John served as Vice President of Sales at an international independent adjusting firm. He also worked as an Adjuster-In-Charge, Supervisor, and Branch Manager of a variety of claims operations. Additionally, he has completed the Miller-Heiman Large Account Management (LAMP) and Miller-Heiman Strategic/Conceptual Selling courses. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. He holds an Associate in Claims (AIC) and Associate in Insurance 鶹tvƬ (AIS) designations.

Elissa Morgan joined 鶹tvƬ in 2002 as TPA Property Manager, working out of the Atlanta, Georgia headquarters. During her time at 鶹tvƬ, Elissa has held various leadership roles of increasing responsibility. She has played a critical role in the training and development of adjusters, managing resources for 鶹tvƬ’s catastrophe responses, and corporate compliance. In 2023, Elissa was promoted from Senior Vice President of Training & Auditing to Senior Vice President of Operations.

As Senior Vice President of Operations, Elissa oversees all of 鶹tvƬ’s Operations Units which include Quality Assurance and Training, CAT Management, the Data Management Group, Legal, and Compliance. Elissa plays a critical role at 鶹tvƬ in partnering with all business units and functions to support growth objectives and advance our mission of operational excellence for both clients and team members.

Prior to joining 鶹tvƬ, Elissa worked for AIG where she held various adjusting roles. Elissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University, as well as a certification as a Continuing Education Provider in the state of Georgia.

Russ Ashley serves as 鶹tvƬ’s Senior Vice President of Carrier Outsource Operations. In this role, Russ oversees our Carrier Outsource team which serves our carrier clients that have leveraged 鶹tvƬ to provide robust claims knowledge, expertise, and capacity for their outsourced claims.

Since joining 鶹tvƬ in 2014, Russ has served in a variety of capacities including Vice President of Claims Support Group (CSG), East Region Vice President of Property Operations, and Senior Vice President of 鶹tvƬ’s Third-Party Administrator (TPA) division.

Prior to his tenure with 鶹tvƬ, Russ held a variety of roles within the insurance industry and brings a wealth of claims knowledge to the leadership team. He graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration degree and has earned his Associate in Claims (AIC) designation.

Nick Green joined 鶹tvƬ in late 2021 as part of the company’s acquisition of Synergy Adjusting Corporation, where he was one of the original founding partners. Currently, Nick serves as Senior Vice President of Synergy Operations for the third-party administrative division. Bringing over 40 years of extensive industry experience to the organization, Nick has been heavily involved in the management and adjusting of a vast number of high-scale claims over the course of his career, in the UK and throughout North America, as well as the Caribbean.

Nick holds a CILA certification from the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters, where he also earned his Associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII). He is also a qualified European Loss Adjusting Expert (ELAE).

In his role, he oversees 鶹tvƬ’s Specialty Audit 鶹tvƬ (SAS) and the Performance Management Group, demonstrating paramount leadership capabilities and a wealth of intricate claims knowledge to his teams.

Prior to his tenure with 鶹tvƬ, John developed his impressive expertise through a range of adjusting roles with various claims operations within the United States, having worked within the industry since early 1992. He earned his Bachelor of Marketing Management degree from the University of Missouri and holds countless industry specializations. Utilizing nearly 30 years of valuable insurance knowledge, John continues to provide unrivaled value and service to both our clients and his team members.

Laura (Straznicky) Huffman joined 鶹tvƬ in 2011 as a General Casualty Adjuster before being promoted to Director of Casualty Operations in 2017. In her current role as 鶹tvƬ’s Vice President of Casualty Operations, Laura provides leadership, operational direction, and supervision to 鶹tvƬ’s National Casualty Practice.

Prior to joining 鶹tvƬ, Laura spent several years at Farmers Insurance serving as Senior Liability Adjuster. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Texas A&M University. She holds an Associate in Claims designation and is a board member of the Young Professionals Advisory for Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance.

Ami Siefert serves 鶹tvƬ as Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Ami is highly experienced as a talent acquisition specialist and has a proven track record of developing strategy and innovation in recruiting techniques.

Ami is responsible for leading and developing full life-cycle recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across 鶹tvƬ. In addition to creating best-in-class recruiting and onboarding practices, Ami also manages 鶹tvƬ’s recruiting team.

Ami is a graduate of Indiana State University where she earned a Bachelor of Criminology and holds a Professional Recruiter Certification.

Bridget has been a part of the 鶹tvƬ family since 2009 and has supported the organization within various roles. Her extensive business management experience has helped 鶹tvƬ to execute proactive growth strategies and address team member and client needs. Bridget holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University.

Dominique Enriquez serves 鶹tvƬ as Marketing Director. Dominique is responsible for the branding and marketing strategy while supporting the company’s strategic growth and development objectives. She works collaboratively across departments to ensure brand alignment and consistency while promoting and protecting the 鶹tvƬ brand to drive further business. In her time with 鶹tvƬ, Dominique has held various positions within sales and marketing including Marketing Coordinator, Senior Marketing Coordinator, and Marketing Manager.

Dominique is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business Management and a minor in Spanish. Dominique is a member of the American Marketing Society.
